All pricing includes GST.
Attached/ Detached carports and garages included for Houses, Townhomes, and
Mobile Home inspections.
Outbuildings, mileage and age of the dwelling may require additional fees.
All inspections are a minimum of 3-4 hours in duration, plus 30-60 minutes
for the inspection walk-through (valuable time for us to discuss the inspection
findings, and answer all of your questions.)
