At Coastal Inspection Services, our inspectors are AHIT certified and trained
to give you the most complete professional home inspection on the market today.
We use the most advanced computer generated reporting system available in the
industry. The inspections are very comprehensive, and includes photos, and detailed
explanations of what needs to be done to fix any concerns including an estimated
time frame. Final inspection reports are generated for our clients at the time
of the inspection, and can also be emailed, upon request.
We have over 10 years of practical, hands-on construction experience to compliment
the inspection process.
Coastal Inspections Services Inc. carries General Liability and Errors and
Omissions insurance to protect our clients.
Inspections are available 7 days a week.
The Standards of Practice are a set of guidelines for home inspectors to follow
in the performance of their inspections. They are the most widely accepted home
inspection guidelines in use and include all the home’s major systems and
components. The Standards of Practice are recognized by many government, professional,
and legal authorities as the definitive standard for professional performance.
A full copy of the ASHI Standards of Practice is included with your inspection
report.
The Code of Ethics contained within our Standards of Practice stresses the
home inspector’s responsibility to act in a strictly fair, impartial, and
professional manner, and to protect consumers by disallowing conflict of interest
activities.
